Welcome
As Calgary's longest serving Alderman, I believe I have served the residents of Ward 1 for the past 28 years with effective and responsive leadership and informed decision-making. As a resident of Ward 1 for the past 39 years, I have been actively involved with all the communities in the ward.
My approach has always been hands-on to get things done and to ensure that our communities have a strong voice at Council and that decision-making reflects a balance between the needs of local communities and the city as a whole. I strongly encourage all of you to become involved with your Community Association and any other service-oriented organization as part the collective voice that continues to build on the successes and quality of life in our city.
