Filing an Appeal with the Licence and Community Standards Appeal Board

To file an appeal complete the appropriate Notice of Appeal form (Licence/ Permit  or Remedial Order) available at the LCSAB office or online.

 
An appeal must be accompanied by a non-refundable $100 filing fee or it will not be considered as having been correctly filed. A separate fee is required for each appeal type.
 
An appeal with respect to a weed notice appeal must pay $500.

Regardless of the method of submission, the appeal must be received on or before the final date of appeal and must be accompanied by the filing fee or no hearing before the Board will be scheduled.
