Leadership philosophy: Mac believes that every employee knows something that he does not. In his view, the key to success is establishing a safe environment where all employees know they are able to contribute and then providing opportunities for those contributions to happen. Mac believes The City is blessed with smart, engaged and motivated employees. A big part of his responsibility is to gather this talent and catalyze collaboration on problem solving and public service. The results will be truly exceptional!
