Responses to Request for Tenders (RFT) must be time stamped at the above location at or before 14:00:59 MDT/MST (2:00:59 p.m. Calgary time) on closing date.
Effective July 1, 2010, responses to other opportunities (e.g., RFP, RFQ, EOI, pre-qualification, etc.) must be time stamped at the above location at or before 16:00:59 MDT/MST (4:00:59 p.m. Calgary time).
Note: The City's Law Department has stipulated that fax or email submissions are not acceptable due to potential complications from incomplete bids or bids without original signatures.
