Business plans and budgets accountability reports

Accountability reports provide high level status reporting, midway through the year and at year end, on major elements of department business plans and budgets including:

  • the status of all Council priorities,
  • key challenges and accomplishments related to business plan commitments,
  • updates on department budget performance (operating and capital budgets), and
  • information on selected department performance measures.

The accountability reports provide regular information on the alignment of our current efforts with our longer term planning goals. As such they provide a tool that assists Council in managing the effective delivery of our three-year business plan and budget commitments.
