What is available?
All-day visitor parking
All-day visitor parking is free, but only available at the Manchester Way parking lot (see map). Visitors using the all-day lot must register with the Guard House (see map) to receive a disposable Visitor Parking Day Pass valid for the day of issue only.
Frequent visitors (more than about four times a month) need to request a Visitor Parking Permit by emailing swo@calgary.ca. The visitor permit is only valid for one month or less and is non-renewable. A limited number of Visitor Parking Permits are available.
Staff Parking Permits are not valid for the all-day visitor parking lot.

2-hour visitor parking
Manchester Centre has around 80 standard 2-hour visitor parking spaces, plus 10 accessible 2-hour visitor parking spaces (see map):
Locations of 2-hour parking stalls are:
- West of the Water Centre - please register with reception in the Water Centre
- South of Building E (next to Spiller Road)
- North of Building U
- North of the Logistics Centre
- North of Building P
- North of Building Q - please register with reception in Building Q
- East of Building R - please register with reception in Building R
2-hour visitor parking is free.
Please register with reception when parking in the following lots only:
- West of the Water Centre
- North of Building Q
- East of Building R
Motorcycle parking
The motorcycle lot is located west of the Manchester Way Visitor Parking lot (see map). Enter off of 26th Avenue S.E.
The motorcycle lot is open to staff and visitors.
No permits or passes are required at this time.
