The City of Calgary may own real estate that is deemed available for lease until required for municipal purposes. All property available for lease is listed on this Web site.  The leasing process outlines the steps necessary to negotiate a mutually acceptable lease with the City of Calgary.

Make an offer on surplus properties

Are you interested in any of the surplus properties listed as available for lease by the Sales and Leasing team? Links to individual addresses, when available, are provided.

Offers are made by submitting:

(1) a Request for Proposal.

The page for each individual address identifies the "type of offer".

Before you complete a form, you may wish to contact us to ensure the property is still available and the information has not recently changed.

If you are interested in purchasing or leasing land that is adjoined to your property, or are interested in a property you have not found listed for lease on this site, please complete and submit a Property Inquiry Form.
