Our services
The City of Calgary provides real estate services to City decision-makers, other City departments and the general public to accomplish City goals. Our key areas of service are:
- Information on City-owned land.
- Identification of surplus properties.
- Acquisition of property for City infrastructure and services.
- Leasing City-owned property until the property is required for municipal purposes.
- Processing encroachment agreements for City-owned land and utility rights-of-way and reviewing Real Property Reports related to roads, lanes, walkways, City-owned land and utility rights-of-way.
