Lincoln Park Business Centre

The Lincoln Park Business Centre is a 100 acre business park development located adjacent to the 50 Avenue SW and Crowchild Trail interchange on the west side of Crowchild Trial in southwest Calgary.

A short drive to the downtown core and many amenities, Lincoln Park Business Centre will be a showcase of high quality custom-designed buildings surrounded by an abundance of planned and natural landscaping.

Update on development

City of Calgary contractors are completing road infrastructure, land servicing and construction of green spaces within the park. A park area is being constructed on the north end of the site at 50th Ave. S.W. and Peacekeepers Gate S.W. to serve future tenants of the Lincoln Park Business Centre.  A second park, located on the southeast corner of the site across from Forand St. S.W., is being designed to complement existing park space. The changes being made to this park include a basketball court and a small addition to the existing play structure. An asphalt pad for the basketball court has been laid and other features are anticipated to be completed by mid-November.

The Business Centre has a total of four sites designed for building construction. The primary site developer in Lincoln Park is ATCO.

ATCO submitted an application for a development permit on the far east site in Lincoln Park. All developments in Lincoln Park must comply with the Business Park Concept Plan registered on title.
