Community clean-ups are made possible through a partnership with Calgary community associations, Animal & Bylaw Services, and Waste & Recycling Services.
Community associations or groups with the support of volunteers can book a Saturday or Sunday clean-up event for spring (April through June) or fall (September).
Community organizations are responsible for ensuring that volunteer resources are in place, advertisements clearly outline the materials that are accepted by Waste & Recycling Services, and that the event runs smoothly.
