Snow Angels FAQ’s
We would like to thank all of the Calgarians who took the time to be Snow Angels during the 2011/2012 season. Calgary received 105 cm of snow during the campaign this year and all of your efforts made a big difference.
We would also like to congratulate the lucky winners of the prizes donated to the Snow Angels campaign this season. One pair of Calgary Flames tickets was won by Erik Urquhart and one pair of Calgary Roughnecks tickets was won by a gentleman who has been nominated several times over the last few years.
The grand prize for the 2011/2012 campaign was a $500 Flight Centre travel voucher purchased by our sponsors. The winner was Terry Debaie who was nominated by his neighbour. The elderly neighbour is very appreciative of the assistance since they cannot shovel snow because of health concerns which requires them to use a walker.
Congratulations to Terry and Erik and thank you once again to all of the Calgarians who took the time to look out for their neighbours this winter.
