Bands and Honour Guard

Music, dress and deportment have been a tradition of the Calgary Fire Department (CFD) since its earliest days.

The colourful Honour Guard, Cappy Smart Band and Pipes and Drums represent the CFD's volunteer spirit and strong commitment to the community, while strengthening firefighter fellowship in Calgary and across the country.

The CFD's values are pride, professionalism, teamwork, and respect. These values are reflected in the proud tradition of the bands and Honour Guard.​​​​​​
