Enhanced Landscape Maintenance program

pathway

The Enhanced Landscape Maintenance (ELM) program allows communities to collect and use community generated funds to add additional landscaping and maintenance services to parks, green spaces, boulevards or pathways in their neighborhood - beyond the standard level provided by us.
