Our free summer concert series, Music in the Park, is back. Come enjoy live music with family and friends in beautiful parks around the city. We'll be featuring different artists from a variety of musical genres that are sure to get you movin' and groovin' this summer.

Pack a picnic lunch, bring a blanket and settle in for some great entertainment. All events take place rain or shine.

Celebrate Father's Day in the park

Four concerts in four different parks for you to choose from.

Locations:

Baker Park - 9333 Scenic Bow Rd. N.W.
Time: noon - 2 p.m.
Feature Act: T. Buckley Trio
After eight years of performing together, Buckley's bank prides themselves on being a tight-knit unit known for diverse stage sets including solo folk tunes, classic country ballads and energetic roots rock often complimented with three-part harmonies.

Murdoch Park - 815 Centre Ave. N.E.
Time: noon - 2 p.m.
Feature Act: Kirby Sewell Band
2015 Maple Blues Award winner - Best New Artist in Canada, Kirby Sewell was born to sing. The big Blues shouter, who stands 6 ft 6, belts out his tunes like the great gospel soul singers of the past.

Ralph Klein Park - 12350 84 St. S.E.
Time: 1 - 3 p.m.
Feature Act: Trina Nestibo
With gusto, Trina Nestibo is emerging on the Canadian folk-roots scene as a respected artist delivering a fresh new sound that's attracting listeners far and wide. Trina's spirited music infused flavours of rock, soul, country and blues creating a sound that is truly her own.

Feature Act: LOS MORENOS
Crossing numerous stylistic barriers, LOS MORENOS mixes rumba flamenco, pop-jazz, funk and eastern sounds with an infectious dance beat, much to the delight of audiences everywhere.
