The City of Calgary and the Central Library are hosting a free New Year’s Eve celebration for the whole family! This year’s festivities include The Rumpus Room in the Municipal Building Atrium, and a family dance party in the Central Library featuring a kids countdown at 9 p.m., video games and much more!

Outdoors at Olympic Plaza there will be a skating party! The Tim Horton's truck will keep your family warm with some free hot drinks. Food trucks will be parked on 3 St S.E., and across all three sites you can and check out art, ice sculptures and roaming performers.

Afterwards, watch the amazing ENMAX fireworks on the roof of the Calgary Tower to ring in 2019.
