How to book a tee time

The City of Calgary's Golf Tee Time Reservation system offers enhanced access to golf tee times by phone or online allowing you to book, confirm, cancel or modify your tee times.

Only customers who are registered Recreation Account holders - Golf  (formerly Golf Customer Card) will be able to use the online or phone Tee Time Reservation system up to four days in advance.

Non-registered users may still book a tee time up to FOUR days in advance with a valid phone number exclusively through 403-221-3510. See below for information on same day bookings.

Reserve your tee time

Option #1 - Online (preferred method)

Please review the questions and helpful hints sheet to assist you with the new online booking process.

Book a tee time
Step 1: Login - enter your Recreation Account ID (barcode and family pin number)
Step 2: Enter your tee time search preferences.

1. Golf Course
2. Day of the week (up to four days in advance)
3. Time of day to begin your tee time search
4. Number of players in your group

Click on "Find a Tee Time". When tee time options are offered, you have one minute to select a time and complete your booking. You may also opt to search again.

Step 3: Confirm your booking (you can also cancel or modify your tee time by clicking on the applicable button).

Option #2 - Phone

Call: 403-221-3510

Step1: Call 403-221-3510 and press 1 to book a tee time. (To confirm, cancel or modify tee times – Press 2. To access the Golf Information line – Press 3)

Step 2: Enter your Recreation Account ID (barcode and family pin number) or your valid phone number information slowly and carefully when prompted. You will be asked to select your tee time search preferences.

Step 3: Enter your tee time search preferences.

4. Number of players in your group

Tee times for four days out are released for booking at 6 a.m. daily.

Same day tee time bookings

In addition to calling the clubhouse directly you have two ways to make a Same Day booking. The Golf Tee Time Reservation System allows you to book a tee time or confirm your tee times for today by phone and online. Tee times two or more hours in advance will be available through the system.

All tee time cancellations or changes to the number of players can only be made by calling the clubhouse directly.
