Learn To Swim 1 & 2 - Check details and register
This program is designed specifically for adults and adolescents. Students learn to swim for fun and fitness through a flexible program. The instructor works toward meeting individual needs and interests, from those who are just learning to those who want stroke development. Age Group: 12 Years and Over
Learn To Swim 2 & 3 - Check details and register
This flexible program is designed specifically for adults and adolescents with the focus on stroke development and stroke refinement. The instructor works toward meeting individual needs and interests. Water Safety can be integrated into the program depending on student interest. Age Group: 12 Years and Over
Swim for Life - Preschool 1&2 - Check details and register
The preschooler will be introduced to the skills outlined in their appropriate swim level, but will also have the opportunity to gain and/or perfect skills included in the combined swim level. Age Group: 0-6 Years
Swim for Life - Preschool 2&3 - Check details and register
The preschooler will work on the skills outlined for their appropriate level, but will also have the opportunity to gain and/or perfect skills from the combined swim level. Age Group: 0-6 Years

Swim for Life - Swimmer 1/2 - Check details and register
In this combined program, the swimmers will work through the progressions for Entries and exits, Surface support, Underwater skills, Swim to Survive skills, Movement / Swimming skills and Fitness built for their respective swim level. Age Group: 6-17 Years

In this combined program, the swimmers will work through the progressions for Entries and exits, Surface support, Underwater skills, Swim to Survive skills, Movement / Swimming skills and Fitness built for their respective swim level. Age Group: 6-17 Years
Swim for Life - Swimmer 4 - Check details and register
Standing dives into deep water and underwater swims of five metres will be introduced. New swimming skills include whip kick on front and breaststroke arm drills. Greater swimming distances of 25 metres are set for both front and back crawl. The 25 metre sprint front crawl will further challenge the swimmer's fitness. In this level, swimmers will achieve the Swim to Survive standard: roll entry into deep water, tread water (one minute) and swim (50 metres). This standard defines the minimum skills required to survive an unexpected fall into deep water. Prerequisite: Swim for Life - Swimmer 3. Age Group: 6-17 Years
