We are excited to announce that we have contracted Verne Busby and Bella Totino to develop a series of designs which will be executed and installed by a professional mosaic glass and tile fabricator along the three piers of the underpass.
“The Ogden Glenmore interchange panels draw their inspiration from the site’s past, present, and future transportation and transit methods over the past century.”
-Verne and Bella
Glenmore Trail is one of the most important arteries in the city, which turns into provincial highways both east (Highway 56) and west (Highway 8) of the city limits. This is a significant location with high levels of vehicular traffic, connecting the city’s industrial area with residential communities to the North and West of the site. To support the need for increased mobility capacity at this location, a diamond interchange is being constructed over Glenmore Trail at Ogden Road S.E.
