Three ways to register for recreation programs 

1. Online registration – recommended method

To register online, you will need your account information and credit card. If you don't have an account, visit get ready to register.

Online registration begins at 5:30 a.m. on the first day of registration. After that, you can register online anytime.

2. Phone-in registration

Call 403-268-3800, option #1

To register by phone you will need your credit card and the barcode number of the course(s) you want to register for.

Monday to Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1 - 3 p.m.

TTY - deaf, hard of hearing & speech impaired

Phone 403-268-3825 to register Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

 

3. Walk-in registration

Come prepared to register with the barcode number of the course(s) you want to register for. You can register at the following locations: 

Recreation Customer Service
Main Floor, North Tower, 2808 Spiller Rd. S.E.
Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Southland Leisure Centre
2000 Southland Dr. S.W.
Monday to Friday - 5:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday - 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Village Square Leisure Centre
623 56 St. N.E.
Monday to Friday - 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday - 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Sunday - 8 a.m. -& 5 p.m.

 

Import your program schedule into your calendar

You can now email your course schedule to yourself, which can easily be imported into many calendar programs. Log in to your account and you’ll see a “schedule” button – click it and follow the instructions.

Tax credits for children's fitness and arts programs

Parents’ costs for their children’s recreational programs and passes (including arts and culture programs) may be submitted for tax credits from the Government of Canada. Please view the Children’s Tax Credits document for more information. The authority to determine whether any claim for a credit will be approved rests with the Canada Revenue Agency.
