Community Investment Fund: Projects

""

Although new facilities such as a central library and recreation facilities are needed to address city growth, just as important is the need for lifecycle upgrades to existing facilities. The community investment fund addresses both of these needs.

Citizens have told us they value things like libraries, recreation facilities, culture and sport facilities, and fire services. We have listened. And now we are responding.

The projects listed below have been identified as high priority for the 2012 to 2016 time period based on the current annual capital projects priority list. As this list is reassessed annually, the priority ranking of a project may change to ensure alignment.

An overview of all projects may also be viewed on The City's interactive map.
