Site policies, modification and severability
Governing law and jurisdiction
The use of the Site and any purchase made on this Site are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Alberta and Canada. You agree and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply.
Access to Assessment and property information
Access to assessment information, property information and any related records provided
on this Site is limited to thirty (30) address requests each time you acess the site or per visit to the site.
Assessment information is intended to provide access by an assessed person or business
entity (for non-commercial and internal purposes) to an assessment record or to a summary of an assessment as required by the Municipal Government Act (Alberta) Section 301.
Any person or entity that wishes to have access to or make use of any assessment
information, property information and any related record beyond the scope permitted by
out in the "request for permission" section below.
Description of services, products, pricing and payment terms
The City has attempted to be as accurate as reasonably possible, however, it does not
warrant that product descriptions or other Contents of the Site are accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change at any time without
products and services are subject to a separate additional license agreement.
Payment terms are within The City's sole discretion, and unless otherwise specified in The City's invoice, payment must be received by The City prior to The City's acceptance of an order. Orders are not binding on The City until accepted by The City. Separate charges for shipping and handling may be shown on The City's invoice. You are responsible for Goods and Sales Tax ("GST") and any other taxes applicable to your order or use which will be shown as a separate charge on The City's invoice.
