Inconsistent processes and requirements for building permits.
All Planning Service Technicians (PST) have gone through training where same information has been provided. A bi-weekly process has been implemented where discussions are held on various training topics with a focus on ensuring consistency throughout all processes. Two tools have been implemented improve consistency, check sheets and Robo (a centralized online resource tool which provides all Customer Advisory Services Staff with information to support all customer inquiries and application processing).
