Assessment Search at calgary.ca/assessmentsearch offers property and business owners web tools and resources to access and review current year assessment information.
By selecting the Assessment Search Secure Login service, property and business owners can conduct more in-depth assessment research by accessing more information, helpful search tools and account management features. You can also authorize a representative should you elect to do so.
By selecting the Public Access area on Assessment Search, you can view current year assessed values of properties in Calgary - no login required.
How to use Assessment Search
To use Assessment Search Secure Login, you will first need to create a City of Calgary myID account and then link it with your property or business assessment information.
CURRENT SECURE LOGIN USERS:
If you are a current Secure Login user, you can continue to login as per usual to access 2013 assessment information. The Access Code on the front of your 2013 Assessment Notice is only necessary if you want to add that property or business to a new or different myID or if there has been a change in property/business ownership.
FIRST-TIME SECURE LOGIN USERS:
Property owners:
1. Create a Citizen myID Account
Access calgary.ca/myID and follow the instructions to create a Citizen myID UserID and Password.
2. Link your myID account to your property assessment information.
Access Assessment Search at calgary.ca/assessmentsearch and enter your myID UserID and Password. Select Secure Login. Enter the Roll Number and confidential Access Code provided on the front of your 2013 Property Assessment Notice.
Business owners:
1. Submit an email address for your business
Visit calgary.ca/businessemail and follow the instructions.
2. Create a myID Account for a Business
Visit calgary.ca/myID and follow the instructions to register for a Business myID account.
3. Link your Business Administrator myID to your business assessment information
Access Assessment Search at calgary.ca/assessmentsearch and enter your Business myID UserID and Password. Enter the Business Identifier and confidential Access Code provided on the front of your 2013 Business Assessment Notice.
