For many property and business owners, reviewing the 2012 Assessment Notice means looking at the assessed value displayed on the Notice and being satisfied with the market value of the property or the typical net annual rental value given Calgary's real estate market as of July 01, 2011.

First, you must obtain a business administrator myID username and password by clicking on the myID link on calgary.ca/assessmentsearch. Second, you need to link your business assessment information to your myID account by entering the business identifier and confidential access code provided on the front of your 2012 Business Assessment Notice.
