New! Residential permits applications soon to be accepted online
We’re launching Residential ePermit, a start-to-finish online service for residential permits, from permit intake to final inspection that will maintain our current standards of safety. In the near future, customers will be able to submit an application online, upload required documents and track the progress of their application using a single project number.

Business Licensing: The City of Calgary encourages responsible business practices through the administration and enforcement of several licensing bylaws.
Certificates of Compliance: Is a confirmation from The City of Calgary that the location of the building(s) on the site complies with the requirements of The City of Calgary Land Use Bylaw.
Home occupations: Learn about businesses that operate out of a home in a residential neighbourhood.
