Plan It Calgary research

Plan It Calgary commissioned a body of research, which broadened the base of qualitative and quantitative information that contributed to the development of the Municipal Development Plan and the Calgary Transportation Plan.

"The City undertakes planning in order to meet the needs of its citizens for the future. It must consider the needs for housing, transportation, water, recreation and parks. The City invests considerable money into this infrastructure, and it is around for a long time. We want to make the right choices. This type of research provides considerable support for long range planning initiatives".
