Glacier Ridge Fairweather Lands amendment

The City of Calgary is amending the Glacier Ridge Area Structure Plan (ASP), which was approved by Council in December 2015. The Glacier Ridge Fairweather Lands amendment will add policies to direct future development of the Glacier Ridge area but will not be changing what was negotiated in the Glacier Ridge ASP.

The Public Hearing of Council was on Monday, October 3, 2016, wherein the Fairweather amendment plan was approved by Council.

The City of Calgary is amending the Glacier Ridge Area Structure Plan (ASP), which was approved by Council in December 2015. The Glacier Ridge Fairweather Lands amendment will add policies to direct future development of approximately 160 acres of employment/industrial land south of the original Glacier Ridge area, but will not change what has already been negotiated in the Glacier Ridge ASP.
