The Calgary Roads Business Unit conducts an annual survey of Calgarians to measure and assess satisfaction with its operations, maintenance and upgrading services. Annual surveys have been conducted by Roads since 1997 to better understand citizens' perceptions of services and to assist Roads with ongoing planning.

The survey is now closed. This year the survey included both a randomized telephone questionnaire and an online feedback component.
The survey focused on the quality of road surfaces, street lighting, road markings, street signs and traffic signals within Calgary.
The information you provided will contribute to the Roads business unit's understanding of Calgarians' views and the feedback will help guide City planning initiatives for future road services.
This annual survey also helps Council and Administration know whether Roads is providing services to the level that Calgarians expect.
