Transportation Infrastructure

Transportation Infrastructure plans, designs and builds safe, efficient and sustainable transportation infrastructure.

Welcome to Transportation Infrastructure (TI)

Transportation Infrastructure (TI) was created in 2005 to oversee the design and construction of transportation projects in Calgary. Simply put, most new or major transportation developments in Calgary are managed and constructed by the TI office.

Our projects span every quadrant of the city and include new infrastructure such as CTrain stations and extensions, road widenings, interchanges and pedestrian bridges.

For more information on Transportation Infrastructure and how we fit into the overall picture of Transportation in Calgary, visit our About Transportation Infrastructure page.

Transportation Infrastructure is also committed to environmental sustainability and all projects are aligned with The City's Environmental Policy. Visit our Environment page for more details.
