Did we miss your collection day pickup?

Here are some common reasons why we might have missed collection of your carts. To confirm your pickup day, visit the garbage and recycling day schedule. If none of these reasons apply, please select the appropriate service request and describe the issue with your collection.

Crews work until 4 p.m., so please submit your request after this time.

For a green cart missed collection, please call 311.

Is your cart damaged or missing?

A cart is considered damaged when it is no longer useable for one of the following reasons:

  • Cracked or missing lids including hinges
  • If the lid does not fully cover your garbage, recycling or food and yard waste
  • Cracks in the body of the cart
  • Wheels are missing or broken causing the cart to not stand upright

Cosmetic changes that do not affect the use of the cart will not be replaced.

If you have a damaged or missing cart, for the quickest service, please call 311. An online service request is not available at this time.

Do you need carts for your newly-built home?

If you have moved into a newly-built home, which does not currently have cart service, please call 311 or fill out this service request to sign up.

Carts are provided at no extra charge and will be delivered to your home. The City provides garbage, recycling, food and yard waste pickup for eligible single family homes up to and including fourplexes.

Monthly Blue Cart Recycling, Green Cart Food and Yard Waste (starting January 2018) and Waste Management Service charges will appear on your utility bill.

Please only create this request close to your move-in date to ensure timely cart delivery.
