Nail polish and nail polish remover are considered household hazardous chemicals. They should be taken free of charge* to any of The City landfill Throw 'n' Go areas or designated fire stations as part of the Household Hazardous Waste Program.

Landfill Throw 'n' Go areas are Landfill Throw 'n' Go areas are available when the landfills are open. The Household Hazardous Waste drop-offs at designated fire stations are open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

*(Note: charges will apply at the Throw 'n' Go for mixed loads containing more than just household hazardous waste).
