Do you have a bias? We all do but most of them are unconscious.
A bias can be defined as showing favour towards one thing, person or group over another based on comfort or familiarity. You might have a bias towards someone with similar experience to you, a company for which you worked, a sport you play or a group of people you can personally identify with. People who have similar thinking can unconsciously pool together which can stand in the way of all the opportunities diversity can bring.
