e-Learning Modules

Do you have a bias?  We all do but most of them are unconscious.

Do you have a bias?
A bias can be defined as showing favour towards one thing, person or group over another based on comfort or familiarity. You might have a bias towards someone with similar experience to you, a company for which you worked, a sport you play or a group of people you can personally identify with. People who have similar thinking can unconsciously pool together which can stand in the way of all the opportunities diversity can bring.

Take the Diversity and Inclusion challenge! Click on the short e-Learning modules below to learn more about yourself and what Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace means. The videos are a good length to share with your staff in team meetings and should provoke some valuable conversation.
