Current issue – Energy and total health

The fall issue of our Wellness newsletter focuses on self-reflection. We introduce a tool developed by Dr. William Howatt called Total Health that can be used to help you assess your overall health; physical, psychological and work life balance. We also talk about behaviours that charge you versus drain you and provide some ideas on how you can increase the positive behaviours and minimize the negative ones. Finally, we’ve included an article on why taking breaks is good for your body and necessary for optimal brain function.
