In our second issue of 2018 we focus on mental wellness and how it affects our overall health. Did you know that there is a strong connection between nutrition and your mental health? The food you choose to put into your body has a direct impact on how well your brain functions, and its ability to effectively build essential chemicals in our brain that are related to mood.

In this issue, we also examine the importance of a social connectedness on both your mental and physical health. As the weather starts to improve, it's a great time to find a new activity that can expand your social network.
