Historic designation of the Anderson Residence
The Anderson residence, built in 1975 is a significant example of West Coast Modern-style architecture. The property owner has requested designation of the house as a Municipal Historic Resource. To approve the municipal historic designation of this house, Council must give three readings to the proposed bylaw. Committee approved this request to be brought forward to Council for final decision.
