Proclamations highlight important issues, charitable events, civic-minded individuals, or memorable occasions. If you're interested in getting a proclamation or a letter of recognition, please submit the form below or fax the information to (403) 268-8130; mail to Office of the Mayor, The City of Calgary, P.O. Box 2100, Station M, Calgary AB T2P 2M5. Allow a minimum of 30 days prior to the date you need the material.
Please include the name of the person or organization being recognized and all necessary background information. Include the date to be proclaimed, when you need the proclamation, and the name, address, and telephone number of a contact person. Unless you specify, we will mail the package to the contact person.
We require 3 to 5 weeks for review and preparation of your proclamation or letter of recognition. You will be contacted once your request is complete and is ready to be picked up.
