Since the introduction of new bus routes on Sept. 5, 2016, we have encountered some operational concerns with Routes 9 and 90. These operational concerns have negatively impacted our ability to provide safe and reliable bus service on these routes. As a result we are making changes to Routes 9 and 90 in order to address these concerns while continuing to provide transit service in these communities.

The following changes will take effect on December 19, 2016:
Route 9 will be split into two separate routes:
• Route 9 (changed) – Dalhousie/Foothills Medical Centre
• Route 104 (new) – Sunnyside/Foothills Medical Centre

Route 90 will be split into two separate routes:
• Route 90 (changed) –Bridgeland/Sunalta
• Route 449 (new) – Eau Claire/Parkhill

Changes to Route 9
Starting on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, Route 9 will be split at Foothills Medical Centre into two separate routes:

Route 9 (CHANGED
) – Dalhousie – Foothills Medical Centre
• Service runs until midnight.
• Buses every 15 minutes during peak, 30 minutes off-peak.

Route 104 (NEW) – Sunnyside – Foothills Medical Centre
• Service runs until midnight.
• Buses every 15 minutes during peak, 25-30 minutes off-peak.

Changes to Route 90
Starting on Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, Route 90 will be split into two separate routes:

Route 90 (CHANGED) – Bridgeland – Sunalta
• Service runs until 11 p.m.
• Buses every 25 minutes during peak, 35 minutes off-peak.

Route 449 (NEW) – Eau Claire – Parkhill
• Service runs until 9 p.m.
•  Buses every 30 minutes during peak, 50 minutes off-peak.
