My office has received inquiries regarding property assessment forms containing less information than in the past. Please note that you can find and compare past assessments and much more on-line on The City of Calgary’s website.

The main landing page for the Assessment business unit is These web pages contain information on how properties are assessed, how customers can get in touch with The City to ask questions about their assessment and allow property owners to view detailed information about their property.

The main resource for property owners to see detailed assessment information is through Assessment Search at This allows users to:

• Access property and business assessment information.
• Search property assessments.
• Verify your property information.
• View sales reports.
• Assign property managers/authorize agents.
• Submit and view evidence for hearing.

For customers who wish to view historical information that is not available online (i.e. not their current or previous year’s assessment notice), they should call or email Archives at 403-268-8180 or with their roll number.
