Ward 11 News: Oakridge Crossing - Proposed Redevelopment Open House - February 23, 2017

In December of last year, a Land Use Amendment Application and Development Permit were submitted for the Oakridge Co-op site at 2580 Southland Drive SW. The property is currently designated as Commercial – Community 2 District. The applicants are seeking to redesignate the property to a Direct Control District. The rezoning would facilitate a mixed use development which would include a new grocery store, medical building, a multi-family residential development and a mixed-use office tower. A total of 4 new buildings and 266 units are proposed.

The City of Calgary welcomes you to join them at an open house on the Oakridge Crossing proposed redevelopment on Thursday, February 23rd from 5 to 8 pm at the Oak Park Church at 11263 Oakfield Drive SW.
