Ward 3 News: Harvest Hills Golf Course

  • Share

Ward 3 official website

The Ward 3 office and residents of Harvest Hills have recently been informed that Cedarglen Homes has purchased the Harvest Hills Golf Course.  The golf course will remain open for the 2015 golf season.

At this time there is no information available as to whether it is to be redeveloped and there has been no application submitted to the City of Calgary.  Cedarglen Homes has assured us that they will make communication and engagement with the residents a priority.

Cedarglen Homes has enlisted QuantumPlace Developments as their development manager.  QuantumPlace will be hosting three open houses at the Harvest Hills Golf Course clubhouse on November 4th beginning at 5:00pm, November 5th beginning at 12:00pm and November 6th beginning at 5:00pm.

QuantumPlace will be communicating and engaging local residents, the Northern Hills Community Association and the larger community to ensure that if it is redeveloped, any changes to the golf course will reflect the character of the existing community.  We have been given assurances that there will be many opportunities in the weeks to come for residents to provide input, express their concerns and have their questions answered.

Please keep checking back as we will be updating our website with all information our office receives related to the Harvest Hills Golf Course.
