Cedarglen Homes is the new landowner of the Harvest Hills Golf Course. They have enlisted the services of QuantumPlace Developments to oversee the expansion project as well as the community engagement.
QuantumPlace has confirmed there are no detailed plans in place and an application for re-zoning has not yet been submitted to the City.
The following information has been provided to our office by QuantumPlace on the upcoming activities related to the residential expansion and timeline for submission of the application to the City:
|Planning session with Community Advisory Group (CAG)
|Hold planning workshops with the broader community (4 sessions - dates TBD)
||Late January / Early February 2015|
|Continue to work with CAG to develop concept plan
|Community drop-in sessions (dates TBD)
|Submit outline plan and land use application to the City (after drop-in sessions)
|Review feedback from community drop-in sessions with CAG
||Early April 2015|
|Receive feedback from the City re: application
||Late April / Early May 2015|
|Discuss City feedback on application with CAG
