With the recent opening of the new Calgary International Airport many residents surrounding the airport have contacted my office with their concerns regarding the frequency and noise of aircraft. The Calgary Airport Authority is committed to being a respective neighbor by developing a Noise Management Program to minimize the impact of aircraft operations on the surrounding communities. As well, the regular Airport Community Consultative Meeting information can be found here.
Residents can voice their concerns about the airport operations 24 hours a day directly to the Airport Operations Hotline (403) 735-1408 or submit online
