During the winter of 2011/2012 the ice chiller at Brentwood Sportsplex stopped working properly, almost cutting the season short for many sports that relied on the Brentwood Sportsplex. The communities of Triwood and West Hillhurst stepped up and found ice time for the teams that were displaced as a result of the ice chiller failing. Alderman Druh Farrell speaks with Steve (Brentwood), Jim (Triwood) and Krista (West Hillhurst) regarding how the three communities pulled together and helped save the season.
