Most wanted and persons of interest

The Calgary Crime Stoppers website contains information on offenders who are wanted in the Calgary area and photos related to unsolved crimes.

Calgary's most wanted are dangerous offenders. Do not approach a wanted person and call 9-1-1 immediately if you witness a crime or emergency.

If you or someone you know has information on any of these offenders, please contact Crime Stoppers with the information.

Persons of interest

A person of interest is anyone wanted on outstanding criminal warrants for which they can be arrested, who is actively evading capture, and who poses a risk to police and/or the community or who is prolific. Crimes committed vary for each offender; some will be sought due to the severity of a single offence while some may be wanted due to the prolific nature or number of outstanding warrants.

Integrated Fugitive Apprehension (IFA)

IFA tracks, locates and apprehends offenders with outstanding warrants according the level of risk they pose to police and the community to prevent additional offences and to optimize public safety. Investigations are conducted to locate and apprehend identified offenders. Targets can be located anywhere in Southern Alberta as IFA has jurisdiction within the entire area, given the Integrated nature of the team.

IFA was initially established in 2007 after the Alberta’s Solicitor General and Public Security Sheriff's branch created the Fugitive Apprehension Sheriff Support Team (FASST). The CPS Fugitive Apprehension Detail (FAD) worked in corroboration with FASST in identifying, tracking and apprehending wanted fugitives within the City of Calgary. The name was ultimately changed to IFA in 2010 to more accurately reflect the composition of the team. Currently IFA consists of members from the Calgary Police Service, Alberta Sheriffs and Canadian Border Services (CBSA-Immigration). The unit is based in Calgary, but is operational throughout Southern Alberta.
