Citizen engagement brings about new ideas, new plans for action and new collaborations.
Public engagement is a process that allows citizens to get involved in public issues they care about. Most importantly, it helps leaders and decision makers better understand the perspectives, opinions, and concerns of citizens and stakeholders.
