Think Responsibly: Responsible Citizenship Through Safety Education
Animal & Bylaw Services has partnered with six other City business units as well as the Calgary Police Service and the Calgary Board of Education to create an innovative, fun and interactive website for students in grades 4 to 7. In fact, Think Responsibly
has been the recipient of the CAMA
(Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators) and Jim Gray
awards for its contribution to municipal literacy and safety awareness.
Parents, teachers and youth are invited to explore a variety of issues related to personal safety, injury prevention and responsible citizenship on the Think Responsibly
site. Students are also encouraged to enter our Think Challenges
for an opportunity to win an iPod Nano.
