With over 7500 hectares of land and approximately 700 Km of pathways available, the opportunities to get out in the fresh air are endless. Take a walk in Nose Hill Natural Environment Park, let your dog run in one of the many off-leash parks, or simply sit and relax in one of the over 3400 park sites.

There is a new off-leash area in Auburn Bay to enjoy. The 10+ acre area is complete with fencing, benches, a garbage bin and gravel parking lot.

Bronze Leaf Disease Bronze Leaf Disease (BLD)
BLD is a fungus that is infecting some of Calgary's poplar and aspen trees. The disease spreads quickly and left untreated, the trees could potentially die. Parks is asking all Calgarians to look out for this disease and report all confirmed cases to the City.
