Exit Interviews are one mechanism used to gather valuable information about an organization. The information gathered through an Exit Interview is used to assist Human Resources in identifying factors that influenced an employee's decision to stay with the organization for as long as they did and also identify those factors that impacted their decision to leave the organization.
If an employee is interested in participating in an Exit Interview, he or she is encouraged to contact the HR Service Centre at 403-268-5800 and ask for a Recruitment and Staffing HR Advisor.
