The Customer Review Period, a 60 day period from Notice mailing, is your opportunity to review and ensure the fairness of your 2010 Assessment.
For many property and business owners, reviewing the 2010 Assessment Notice means looking at the assessed value displayed on the Notice and being satisfied with the market value of the property or the typical net annual rental value given Calgary's real estate market as of July 01, 2009.
While for some, a more in-depth self-review is needed. For property and business owners who would like to conduct a more in-depth self-review our website can help.
