Garbage Collection

Each week Waste & Recycling Services collects garbage, as defined under Waste & Recycling Bylaw 20M2001  (52 KB) from more than 340,000 Calgary homes.

We also offer collection services for commercial businesses on a fee-for-service basis. See our Commercial Services area.

Residential and commercial garbage is disposed of at The City of Calgary's three landfills.
