How to Book a Tee Time

The City of Calgary Golf Tee Time Reservation system offers enhanced access to tee times by phone or online  by allowing you to book, confirm, cancel or modify your tee times.

Only customers who are registered Golf Customer Card users will be able to access both phone or online tee time reservations up to four days in advance.

• If you already have a Golf Customer Card , you are not required to register again. 
  
• *If you have forgotten your Personal Barcode or Family Pin Number or need to register for a free Golf Customer Card please go Golf Customer Card under related links.
  
• Non-registered users may still book a tee time exclusively through 403-221-3510 up to two days in advance with a valid phone number.

2010 PILOT PROJECT for SAME DAY BOOKINGS:

In addition to calling the clubhouse directly you have two new ways to make a same day booking this season. On a pilot project basis, the Golf Tee Time Reservation System now allows you to book or confirm tee times for today by phone and online. Tee times two or more hours in advance will be available through the system.

All tee time cancellations or changes to the number of players can only be made by calling the clubhouse directly.

Walk-on players are welcome and can be accommodated as space permits.

To acces Tee Times by Phone:

• Call 403-221-3510
• Have your Golf Customer Card ready as you will be required to enter your customer information listed beside your name on the back of the card.
• To book a tee time – Press 1
• To confirm, cancel or modify tee times – Press 2
• To access the Golf Information line – Press 3

Enter your Golf Customer Card information slowly and carefully when prompted.

Booking a tee time:

You will be asked to select your tee time search preferences.

1. Golf Course
2. Day of the week (up to four days in advance, including same day bookings up to two hours in advance.)
3. Time of day to begin your tee time search
4. Number of players in your group

To access Tee Times Online:  Online 

• To login enter your Golf Customer Card information

Booking a tee time:

Enter your tee time search preferences.

2. Day of the week (up to four days in advance)
3. Time of day to begin your tee time search
4. Number of players in your group
• Click on "Find a Tee Time"   
• When tee time options are offered, you have one minute to select a
       time and complete your booking. You may also opt to search again.

To confirm, cancel or modify your tee time(s), click on the applicable button.
